(1890-1972)   Born in Andalusia, Pennsylvania, Biddle began his wartime career flying for the French (Spa73) before transferring to the U.S, Aero Service (103rd & 13th Pursuit Squadron) and finially as a Major in command of the 4th Pursuit Group.
